Panasonic VIERA TC-P50G25 50" Plasma TV

Editor's Review

The P50G25 is one of the top plasma TVs out there, without paying the ridiculous price premium for a 3D set. It offers that cinematic quality that videophiles love in theor home theater set-ups, and costs much less than comparable LED-based TVs. Other features include internet connectivity via VIERA Cast, Skype, Netflix, Pandora, and plenty more. The Infinite Black panel provides inky blacks and blocks ambient light for minimal glare. The few downsides are its weight and high power consumption, but this is quite an excellent TV -- Panasonic sure knows how to make plasma -- and one that's certainly worth a look if you're in the market for a big screen.
