Your first stop should be the Olevia support website. You'll need to create a user account. It's quite possible that if there's no sign of life when you turn it on, the problem might just be a blown fuse.

(I'll assume you have done things like make sure that it's plugged directly into an electrical receptacle that you know is working, etc. I ask only because I was about to send something back to be repaired a few years ago and then realized that the problem was only that the plug was not making correct contact, or something :-).

Doing internet reasearch on Olevia's similar models, I found that others have had this problem as well... until they turn on the master power switch on the back of the unit.

I used to work with an electrician who said his best source of income was "repairing faulty lamps" which mostly involved things like plugging them in and replacing bulbs.

Nice catch, Chris -- William, did that do the trick?

I want to apologize for not getting the right information out on my unit. I've been informed that my unit is a Multi-Media LCD Monitor. With that in mind all response's of resetting the power switch which is not available on this item. It's a "LT27HV" LCD Multi-Media Monitor.
Thank you for your response.
