Speakers, Customer (More like Profit) Service, and more

Warranties are usually limited and worth 1 year. That's the usual thing. So when our TV's left speaker was having problems this February, we were amazed and quite annoyed. Just 1 month after the warranty ended. Then, in April, preferably, 2 days before today, both speakers totally muted. Back in December 2006, when our warranty ended, we were supposed to get an "Extend Your Warranty" form, we didn't. That's why today, we're stuck with 5 DVDS, tons of videos, and a "new" junky TV. However, in the beginning, I have to admit, it was awesome.
