What is a fair price to pay for a used set at a private estate sale?

The sellers are taking bids on the set. I don't want to overpay for the TV.
I can't seem to find a current price on the set ... only refurbished and "open box" prices.

I'd go to eBay and search the completed listed for your set, or something similar. This will give you a fairly decent idea of how much the TV is going for at aucion.
