Any opinions for an LCD 19" in size?

Looking for a reasonably priced small lcd for my kitchen. Not looking for bells and whistles but good picture and sound quality.

LG has a 19" for about $500, but for that you can go with a 23" Samsung LCD 720p with 4000:1 contrast ratio. Unless you're extremely limited to 19", take a look at the larger 23".

When I saw the 19" selections up front and personal I believe 23" is more to my liking. Thanks for responding.
