Panasonic TC-32LX60 has one HDMI input and is silver; Panasonic TC-32LX600 has 2 HDMI inputs and is black (and costs about $50 more).

If you have an A/V receiver with HDMI inputs, the second HDMI input is probably not necessary; I have the 26" version of this TV and other than the power cord, it has one (count 'em) cable for everything. HDMI is a thing of beauty indeed!
