Well, the 700U has a built-in SD Card Memory Slot and an Integrated ATSC tuner while the 700U has a built-in QAM cable TV tuner receives unscrambled programs without a set-top box. The 700U is also progressive scan.

Other than that, they're pretty similar from what I can see.
