RCA isn't really a company any more -- they were part of Thomson electronics for a while (subsidiary of GE) and now their consumer electronics group was sold to Audiovox TVs. Audiovox's largest flat panel TV is 50", and while a reasonably good deal, they are far from clear leaders in the TV arena. I would avoid a TV with an RCA brand (since you won't be able to get any support if it breaks) and consider a brand like Panasonic or one of the large flat screen hdtvs here.
