I want a TV that has language translation, (aka) CC3.

I watch Telemundo, Univision & Azteca America, but do not
understand Spanish. So many of the programs state:
CC1 spanish; CC3 English but my Samsung does not provide that service. I won't spend $1,000+ for another TV without this service.
